Digital Products

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been completed. You receive full access to your purchased design immediately after payment.

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same design twice.

  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any screenshots of issues you encountered

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
