Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about creating custom text designs for your Cricut, t-shirts, and party decorations.
All downloads are high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. This means you can place your custom text on any colored background without a white box around it. The files are 300 DPI, which is perfect for professional printing on t-shirts, posters, and party decorations.
Only our Regular (SVG-based) fonts are suitable for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio cutting machines. To find compatible fonts, select the "Regular" filter at the top of the font list – this shows only single-color SVG fonts that work perfectly with cutting machines. Color fonts have complex textures and gradients that aren't compatible with cut paths.
After typing your text, you'll see pink and teal handles on the canvas. Simply drag these handles up or down to curve your text into an arc. This is perfect for creating text that follows a circular shape for birthday badges, cake toppers, or banners. The curve is fully adjustable – experiment until you get the perfect arc!
Yes! Once you purchase a design, you have full commercial rights to use it for your small business. This includes selling t-shirts, party supplies, and other merchandise on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or at local craft fairs. Each purchase grants you unlimited use of that specific text design.
We offer a growing collection of playful, cartoon-inspired fonts perfect for kids' parties and celebrations. Our collection includes fonts inspired by popular themes like superheroes, princesses, dinosaurs, and more. New fonts are added regularly! Use the font selector on the left to browse all available styles.
Download your design as a PNG, then print it on iron-on transfer paper (available at craft stores). For dark shirts, use "dark fabric" transfer paper and remember to mirror your image before printing. Cut around your design, place it on your shirt, and apply heat with an iron or heat press following the transfer paper instructions.
All our exports are 300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the professional standard for print quality. This ensures your designs look crisp and sharp whether you're printing a small label or a large poster. We offer multiple size options from Small (1200×600 pixels) up to XL (3600×1800 pixels) for large banners and posters.
Color customization depends on the font type. For Regular fonts (SVG-based, shown when you select the "Regular" filter), you can fully customize the color using the color picker in the controls panel. Color fonts display in their original designed colors, which often include gradients and textures that can't be replicated with a single color.
